Job Description
Manage and Coordinate the program, which is appropriate to program objectives and area of expertise.
Act as SPOC of the program and able to respond to student queries, work on the concerns and act proactively to resolve, accountable for student experience of the program.
Build rapport with the faculty members so that the proper functioning of the class is maintained
Active involvement in the marketing and promotional activities for the program. Should be enthusiastic for targeted sales and student enrolments.
Proficient to use a standard CRM and able to manage the student life-cycle efficiently. Coordinate with the different stakeholders in the marketing activities and accountable for the outcome.
Possess a flair of creativity so that to add value to the content and visuals of different marketing collaterals such as flyer, brochure, emailer, video etc.
Understand the logic of digital marketing. Should be able to coordinate with the agency and measure the performance on daily basis
Make program related MIS report capturing the most important parameters. Periodic presentation to the stakeholders.
Maintain the program related budget.
Excellent communication skills and possess positive personality.
Should be able to collaborate and coordinate with different persons, departments, centers and schools
Should be able to work with diversity in academics
Knowledge of program related budgeting
